FOOD CRUSH: 100 DAYS OF REAL FOOD

Photo: 100 Days of Real Food
I love a-ha moments, both mine and others.  And often, we can learn just as much from other people's life-changing decisions as from our own.  And thanks to Lisa Leake of 100 Days of Real Food I am giddy with information overload.

I have a Facebook friend to thank for this recent discovery - last week a "like" popped up on my feed that made me stop and take notice.  Minutes later I was immersed in the 100 Days world, navigating around wide-eyed and super-inspired.  Yes, it's a long process to make the kind of changes their family decided to, and no, I will not be following it to a T.  But any integration of her amazing tips, recipes, and ideas shared is a step in the right direction!

  2. I HATE the word exhausted-- survival warehouse location and I despised feeling that way.
